Terms and Conditions
Deposits:
To confirm your reservation you must pay a deposit; you can also choose to pay the full amount.
The prices are valid for 1 week. If you paid and if the price increased, it does not affect you. If the prices are reduced after you made payment, we can reduce balance payment.
Payment:
You can pay with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay).
Currency:
Our prices are in EUR. When you want to pay with Turkish Lira, USD, British Pound or Japanese Yen then we use current exchange rate.
Cancellations:
- If the balloon flight is cancelled due to bad weather, you will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours from the start of the flight will not be charged.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours from the start of the flight will be charged 50% of the amount due.
- No shows, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the start time will be charged 100% of the amount due.
